TTS20 Three-Tank-System
The
Three-Tank-System consists of three plexiglass-cylinders
which are serially interconnected by stop valves.
The pumps1 and 2 suck distilled water from
the basin, thus supplying the two cylinders on
the left- and right-hand side of the set-up. The level
of the liquid inside all three cylinders is supervised via process pressure transmitters. The basin and the three
cylinders present a unit manufactured out of plexiglass.

Actuator
with signal adaption
The
amplifier, the mains supply unit and a signal adaption unit are contained
inside of a 19’’-box. The box also contains the electrical disturbance unit:
The 3 sensor signals can be disrupted by switches or scaled by potentiometers.
The control signals for the pumps can be scaled via potentiometers.
